• 9:00 - 25th Festival Anniversary Catholic Mass - the Church Pierwszych Męczenników Polskich, ul. Pluty 7

• 12:00 organizational meeting for group leaders with organizers and directors in THE ORGANIZING OFFICE - MDK, Teatralna 8 St

• lunch

• afternoon - departure to the nearby towns for concerts and presentations (each group prepare 30 minutes show)

• supper

25 JUNE - Monday

• breakfast

• 9:00 - 11:00 - 2 meetings of group representatives (two members + leader) with the President of the city then the Province Governor (do prepare 2 gifts exchanging)

• 12:00 - 13:00 - rehearsal for Jubilee Concert and the Opening Ceremony concert

• 13:00 - 17:00 - cont. rehearsal each group in order, up to 20 minutes / Amphitheatre, wooden stage, width 20m, depth 15m, sound system, lights

• 20:00 - The Jubilee Concert and the Opening Ceremony, Amphitheatre / each group has show up to 3 minutes

 

26 JUNE - Tuesday

• breakfast

• lunch

• 17:00 - show in Kłodawa "Kłodawskie lasy i obertasy" (town nearby Gorzów, about 10 km)

groups present dance programme between 8-10 minutes

open-air stage, size will be known later, plac 700-lecia, (next to Tesko)

microphones, CD-player

• supper - party, bonfire, integration meeting for whole festival participants in Kłodawa

27 JUNE - Wednesday

• breakfast

• 8:30 - 14:00 - rehearsals to competitive presentation

Theatre, Teatralna 9 St. / each group has 25 minutes for rehearsal

• duration of presentation: 7-9 minutes, in one entrance

• wooden stage

• width 10m/depth 12m,

• sound system, lights

• lunch

• 16:00 - 19:00 - competitive concert “Dance Presentations” in the Theatre

• supper

• evening - official banquet - the representatives (2 leaders of the groups) with the organizers, restaurant "Pod Łosiem" Wawrów

28 JUNE - Thursday

• breakfast

• free time

• lunch

• free time

• dinner

• 18:30 - 22:00 - party, bonfire, integration meetings and disco for the groups of XXV IDF- open area next to Restaurant "Pod Łosiem" Wawrów

• 19:00 - consultations with Jurors (not obligatory) for the group leaders - restaurant "Pod Łosiem"

 

29 JUNE - Friday

• breakfast

• 10:00 - 12:30 - rehearsal for Gala Concert

• 12:30 - 16:30 - cont. rehearsal each group in order, up to 20 minutes / Amphitheatre, wooden stage, width 20m, depth 15m, sound system, lights

• 19:00 - Gala Concert; Results Announcement, Awards ceremony, Amphitheatre / each group has show up to 5 minutes

30 JUNE - Saturday
