19:30 - organizational meeting for group leaders with organizers and directors in the organizing office - MDK, Teatralna 8 St

8:00 - 9:00 - breakfast
9:00 - 11:00 - 2 meetings of group representatives (two members + leader) with the President of the city then the Province Governor do prepare 2 gifts for exchanging
11:30 - 15:00 - rehearsals for the Opening Ceremony Concert "Folk Harbor" in the city centre Bulwar Wschodni (Boulevard East) by the Warta river up to 15 minutes for each group, for rehearsalthe open air stage, width 9 m / depth 10 m microphones a the back of the stage, CD-player
13:00 - 15:00 - dinner
17:00 - 18:00 - short group presentations in the city centre Cathedral Square or Nova Park gallery 1 time, up to 3 minutes in one of that place the groups will divide for 2 groups for each place one no stage – pavement, one microphone, CD-player take flag, group name on the label
17:00 - 18:00 - stage on Bulwar Wschodni - artistic presentations of the organizer - Youth Culture Centre
18:00 - 20:30 - The Opening Ceremony Concert “Folk Harbor” groups present dance programme up to 6 minutes take flag, group name on the label,
20:30 - 21:00 - supper

8:00 - 9:00 - breakfast
8:30 - 14:15 - rehearsals to the Competitive Concert “Dance Presentations” Theatre, Teatralna 9 St. Each group has up to 25 minutes for rehearsal Theatre stage, about width 10 m / depth 12 m, microphones at the back of the stage, CD-player
14:00 - 15:00 - dinner
16:00 - 20:30 - Competitive Concert “Dance Presentations” - Groups have for presentation up to 15 minutes, one or two entrances
21:00 - consultations with Jurors (not obligatory), festival office, MDK, Teatralna 8 St
21:00 - 24:00 - barbecue and disco. MCK "Zawarcie", ul. Wawrzyniaka 66 A.

8:00 - 9:00 - breakfast. After breakfast departure for leisure to the nearest lake and forest area Nierzym (about 15 km from city) possibility swimming, taking sun bath, games, volleyball, recreation.
15:00 - 16:00 dinner in accommodation places
19:00 - Concert "Kodawskie lasy i obertasy" in Kłodawa town nearby Gorzów, about 10 km, plac 700-lecia, (koło Tesko) groups present dance programme up to 6 minutes open-air stage microphones, CD-player take flag, group name on the label 3 tents near stage
19:00 - supper in Kłodawa, in the Forest District area After supper fun evening and integration meeting for the participants. Bonfire. Each group prepare 10 - 15 minutes of common games and dances for all participants.

10:30 - 11:30 - general rehearsal for all groups for Gala Concert – Błonia Nadwarciańskie, the open air stage, width 18 m / depth 12 m microphones, CD-player
8:30 - 10:30 rehearsal for the organizing groups FDG Mali Gorzowiacy
10:30 - 11:25 attempt participating groups to the collective scenes for the Gala
11:30 - 16:00 individual rehearsal for each group up to 20 minutes
19:00 - 21:00 - Gala Concert; Results Announcement, Awards ceremony - Groups present the dance programme up to 4 minutes take flag, group name on the label
21:30 - 22:00 - supper
22:00 - 2:00 - banquet in the theatre building with the organizers and the representatives of the groups - 2 leaders The groups can spend evening in the city centre, there are a lot of events prepared or City Days

12:00 - 13:00 - Celebration of City Days - ceremony of the 759th anniversary of the city founding, Grunwald Square, Bell of Peace, short dancing presentation during celebrations. Each groups prepare 10 persons in costumes, rest members are dressed in the festival t-shirts, take flag, group name on the label, 2 of chosen by organizer groups will have dance presentation up to 4 minutes no stage – pavement, 1-2 microphones, CD-player
14:30 - 15:30 - dinner
