North Stars Group for the Performing Arts, Kingdom of MOROCCO

The group is a folklore troupe, performing dances from the mountainous cultural heritage of the north of the Kingdom of Morocco.
The group aims to preserve, develop and continue the Moroccan artistic and cultural heritage while preserving its traditional character. 

Type of performance

The performance is a traditional mountain dance from the Moroccan heritage. The group performs its dance among a group of girls to form a show painting that falls within the folkloric heritage. The dance begins with light steps and body movements with a gradual fast rhythm
The dance is performed to the rhythm of the mountain Tatuqa music, which represents the basis of the traditions, customs and rituals of this cultural heritage.

The group uniform

The group has a uniform dress that has a traditional character, where the girls wear the traditional northern dress, distinguished by its colors. The dress consists of (Al-Karziya, Al-Shashiya, and the striped handkerchief)
